Every complaint is handled by our Grievance Officer:

- Telephone: +91 9403891270
When you complain, please tell us:

- What has gone wrong, in as much detail as you can, and what you would like us to do about it.
- Photographs, where the complaint is about the condition of an installation.
3. How we handle a complaint
- Acknowledgement. We acknowledge every complaint in writing, we tell you who is handling it, and we write to you with our decision.
- Investigation. We look at the job record, the photographs and the site, and we speak to the technician involved. We will visit the site where it is needed.
- Decision. We give you our decision in writing. The decision is one of the remedies set out in the Warranty Policy or the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and we will tell you which one we are applying and why.
- Closure. We close the complaint when you accept the decision, or when we have carried out what we said we would, whichever is later. We confirm the closure to you in writing.
4. If you are not satisfied
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can ask us to review it by writing to the same address and saying that you want a review. We will then have the matter looked at by a senior member of the team who was not involved in the original decision.
A complaint about the way we have handled your personal data can be raised in the same way. Our Privacy Policy describes your rights in full, including your right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
A dispute that is not resolved through this process is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and the laws of India applies to it.
