Refund and Cancellation Policy

When you can cancel an order, when a refund is due, what we deduct, and how the money gets back to you.

Last updated: 31 October 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to orders placed on this website, to quotations we have accepted, and to installation and service work we have agreed to carry out. It is read with our Terms and Conditions.

"You" means the customer who placed the order. A refund is always paid to the person or company that paid for the order.

2. Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order up to 7 days before we begin work on it, without a charge. After that the order is accepted and the material charges in section 3 apply.

To cancel, write to us at enquiry@oneto7enterprises.com or call us on +91 9403891270, quoting your order number. We will confirm the cancellation in writing.

3. What we deduct

Most of our products are made to fit a particular property. Once the measurements have been taken and the material has been cut, welded or fabricated for your site, it cannot be sold to anyone else. We therefore deduct the costs we have already incurred from any refund, or decline a refund where those costs are the whole of the price paid. These costs are:

  • The material charges. Once the material has been processed for your property, the material charges apply. That is the rule in our Terms and Conditions, and it is the reason an order cannot be cancelled free of charge after the material has been processed.
  • The visit charge, when a cancellation is made after our team has reached the site and the visit has taken place.
  • Transport and labour already spent on the job.
  • Any third-party charges we have paid on your behalf, such as a transport booking.

The deductions are never more than the amount you have paid, and we will tell you what they are when we process the refund.

4. When a refund is not due

A product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered is covered by the Warranty Policy and is dealt with there - as a replacement, a repair or a refund of what you paid for the faulty item. That policy, not this one, applies to those cases.

5. Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order, and refund you in full, if we cannot deliver - for example because the address is outside our serviceable area, because a product has become unavailable, or because we are unable to carry out the work safely at the site. We will tell you as soon as we know.

If we cancel for a reason that is ours and not yours, we refund the whole amount you have paid, including the delivery charge.

6. How a refund is paid

  • Method. Refunds are paid to the original payment method. We do not pay refunds in cash.
  • Time. We process a refund as soon as we have checked the work. The amount then reaches your account in the time your bank or card issuer takes.
  • No processing fee. We do not charge a processing fee for a refund. Any charge your bank makes for the refund is outside our control and is normally waived by the bank for a merchant-initiated refund.

If the original payment method is no longer valid - a closed bank account or a cancelled card - tell us and we will agree an alternative with you.

7. Failed deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because nobody is available to receive it, we will contact you and try again. If the order cannot be delivered, you may cancel it and we will refund the amount paid, less any transport cost we have already incurred.

8. If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with the work, tell us first. We will attend to it under the Warranty Policy, which runs for 5 years from completion. Please tell us within that period so that we can put it right while the warranty applies.

If you are still not satisfied, you can raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer, Grievance Officer, on enquiry@oneto7enterprises.com or +91 9403891270. The process is described on our Grievance Redressal and Contact page.
